"1998 Awarded Certificate of Achievement"
NSF International HACCP Managers Certification Training
Working in conjunction with National Sanitation Foundation (NSF) and Experior Assessments, LLC. TAP
Series is proud to announce this one of a kind certification training program.
This program has been developed using both the national and international accepted HACCP standards.
This program will provide the trainee with the information to pass the NSF HACCP Manager
Certification examination as well as experience practical, real-world case studies.
Having a solid foundation in the principals of Food Safety is a pre-requisite to being a successful
HACCP Manager. The program begins with a sample Food Safety Mangers Examination; the passage of this
sample examination assures that the trainee has the necessary foundation to complete the rest of
the course. If the trainee is lacking the Food Safety knowledge, the program encourages the trainee
to obtain and study the TAP Series Food Safety Managers Certification Training program.
Also included are the NSF HACCP plan development forms for printout and use in the creation of a
successful HACCP program.
Upon completion of this extensive program, and passage of the NSF HACCP Manager Certification
examination, the trainee will be prepared to manage the development of their organization's HACCP
program through an understanding of the Five Preliminary Steps of a HACCP System and the
application of the Seven Principles of HACCP.
This program is a must for Food Manufacturers, Healthcare Organizations, Foodservice Operations,
Retail Food Operations, or any organization or company handling or transporting food products.
